Become A Dealer

Thank you for considering CCK for your countertop purchase. Please note: we are a wholesale supplier ONLY – we do not sell directly to contractors or to the public.

In order to qualify as a CCK dealer, you must own (or be employed by) a retail kitchen and bath outlet AND be able to provide us with ALL of the following items:

• Address, telephone number, and photo of your retail showroom.
• A valid business email address and/or website address.
• A copy of your IL or MO sales tax number.
• A copy of your Federal Tax ID number.
• A completed credit application (click to download).

Upon receipt of these items, our sales manager will contact you. If you are unable to provide these items, we will be more than happy to direct you to a qualified dealer.
